この度、作編曲業務に関する契約内容を下記の通り更新いたします。
■ 契約内容
完成音源制作（作曲＋編曲＋ミックスダウン＋マスタリング）、作詞、歌メロ制作、プリプロデュース
制作方法：AI音楽制作システムを使用しつつ、メロディ・歌詞・世界観・構成指示などのクリエイティブ部分はすべて手動で制作しています。
本制作システムの特性上、作曲・編曲・ミックスダウンは一体化した工程となり、完成音源として納品いたします。
納品形態や制作期間は、案件ごとにご相談の上で決定いたします。
■ 契約金額（プロ適正相場で作編曲依頼を受けています）
※ 大手企業やメジャー様の案件からの相談
完成音源制作（作曲＋編曲＋ミックスダウン）：
600,000〜1,000,000円
商業案件（企業・番組・広告・ゲーム・映画など）：
1,500,000〜3,000,000円
私の楽曲制作は、公開中の作品と同じく
“英語＋日本語ミックスサビ”を中心とした米森メロディーの世界観で、
完成形まで一貫して制作しております。
1曲につき3時間以内で完成形まで仕上げられる制作速度と、
修正がほとんど発生しない構成力により、
ご依頼者様の負担を最小限にしつつ、高いクオリティを維持しています。
料金はホームページ記載の通り、
1曲あたり記載通りの金額となりますが、
これは作曲・編曲・世界観構築・メロディ設計を含む
“完成されたオリジナル楽曲”としての価格です。
ご希望の方向性に合わせて制作いたしますので、

■ 著作権について

依頼者様には、契約範囲内で使用できるライセンスを付与いたします。
■ 使用料・印税について
楽曲の使用に伴う使用料は、契約時に取り決めます。
配信、販売、映像利用などで発生する印税や二次使用料は、
著作権者である米森清一が受領いたします。
■ クレジット表記
作品内には「作編曲：米森清一」と明記をお願いいたします。

配信、販売、映像利用などで発生する印税や二次使用料は、
著作権者である米森清一が受領いたします。
■ キャンセルについて
制作開始後のキャンセルは、進行状況に応じて費用が発生する場合があります。
事前に必ずご相談ください。
■ 納品形式
WAV、MP3など、用途に応じて対応いたします。
※ステムデータは扱ってません。
■ 譜面について
AI音楽技術を使用しているため、譜面データ（スコア）の提供には対応しておりません。
必要な場合は、受け取り側での譜面起こしをお願いいたします。
■ 修正対応について
本サービスでは、作曲・編曲は「完成形」での納品となります。
制作環境の都合上、納品後の細かな修正（キー変更・テンポ変更・構成変更・楽器差し替え・歌メロの微調整など）は、
基本的にご依頼主様側の編曲家・エンジニア様にてご対応をお願いしております。
基本的には、公開中の楽曲と同じく
“英語＋日本語ミックスサビ”の米森メロディーの世界観で制作いたします。
別のスタイルをご希望の場合も対応可能ですので、
お気軽にご相談ください。
なお、楽曲の世界観や方向性を大きく変更したい場合は、
同じテイスト・世界観での「新規楽曲制作」として、あらためてご依頼いただく形での対応が可能です。
あらかじめ上記の方針をご理解のうえ、ご依頼いただけますと幸いです。

銀行振込にてお願いしております。
商業案件の場合は契約書を交わした上で進行いたします。

【Regarding the Contract Renewal for Composer/Arranger Seiichi Yonemori】
The terms of my music production services have been updated as follows.
■ Contract Scope
Complete audio production (composition + arrangement + mixdown + mastering), lyric writing, vocal melody creation, and pre-production.
Production method: While utilizing an AI-based music production system, all creative elements—melody, lyrics, worldbuilding, and structural direction—are crafted manually.
Due to the nature of this production system, composition, arrangement, and mixdown are integrated into a single workflow, and the final product is delivered as a completed audio track.
Delivery format and production schedule will be determined through consultation for each project.
■ Contract Rates (Fair market pricing for professional composition/arrangement)
Complete Audio Production (composition + arrangement + mixdown):
¥600,000–¥1,000,000
Commercial Projects (corporate, TV, advertising, games, film, etc.):
¥1,500,000–¥3,000,000
My music production follows the same creative approach as my publicly released works,
centered around the “English + Japanese mixed chorus” style that defines the Yonemori Melody world.
Each track is produced consistently from concept to completion.
With a production speed that allows me to complete a full track within three hours,
and a structural precision that results in minimal revision requests,
I maintain high quality while reducing the burden on clients.
As listed on my website,
the fee per track reflects the value of a fully completed original composition,
including composition, arrangement, worldbuilding, and melody design.
I will create music aligned with your desired direction,
so please feel confident in entrusting your project to me.

All copyrights for produced works belong to Seiichi Yonemori.
Clients are granted a license to use the music within the agreed contractual scope.
■ Usage Fees & Royalties
Usage fees associated with the music will be determined at the time of contract.
Royalties and secondary usage fees generated from distribution, sales, or visual media usage
will be received by the copyright holder, Seiichi Yonemori.

This service delivers compositions and arrangements as “completed works.”
Due to the production environment, post-delivery adjustments
(key changes, tempo changes, structural edits, instrument swaps, vocal melody tweaks, etc.)
must be handled by the client’s arranger or engineer.
As with my publicly released works,
production is based on the Yonemori Melody world featuring the “English + Japanese mixed chorus” style.
If you prefer a different style, I can accommodate that as well.
Please feel free to consult with me.
However, if the desired direction requires a major shift in worldbuilding or musical identity,
it will be treated as a “new composition request” in the same style category.

All of my composition and arrangement work is created exclusively within the
“Yonemori Melody” style and production framework.
Yonemori Melody is defined by:

- Requests requiring major stylistic changes outside the Yonemori Melody sound
- Productions that demand a different musical worldview
- Arrangements that diverge significantly from the brand’s core direction
